Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional wound care services to patients in need. Duties:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based wound care treatments and interventions
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

- Valid nursing license with Wound Care Certification preferred
- Previous experience in wound care nursing or related field
- Strong knowledge of wound assessment, treatment modalities, and dressing techniques
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and sterile processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
