The Duck & The Peach is our New American concept in Capitol Hill!We are looking for a part-time brunch server at The Duck & The Peach!About Us: Thoughtful, inspiring celebrations—that is the essence of The Duck & The Peach. Our menus draw inspiration from California cuisine with a touch of New England, honoring ingredients and celebrating connections. To create memorable experiences, honor ingredients, and celebrate little moments that bring people together. The dining room and bar have a fancy dinner party yet a casual vibe, while brunch on the weekends is a little more relaxed. Executive Chef Kat Petonito and Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper are the powerhouses behind our New American restaurant.

Collectively, we’ve designed, opened, and managed dozens of concepts, from mom-and-pop startups to Michelin-starred establishments. - Saturdays and Sundays, 9:30/10 am to 2:30/4 pm
- Provide exceptional service to guests during brunch hours
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism
- Hourly rate: $18 per hour
- Commission: 8% of food and beverage sales
- Gratuity: Equally distributed among all hourly team members based on hours worked
- 50% coverage for health benefits
- Paid time off
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
