Do you have experience in coordinating care or helping people cope with life? Then join our Behavioral Health Services program! EBF provides the highest level of support to members and families through life transitions, behavioral concerns, and/or behavioral health and substance abuse challenges.
What Easterseals Offers:
The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is responsible for comprehensive coordination of behavioral health services for adult and child members who are eligible for enrollment with public behavioral health services. The BHC will meet the BHT requirements (OP). The BHC assesses the member’s behavioral health needs and eligibility for services. The BHC also coordinates communication between the member and other providers or community agencies to ensure coordination of care. The BH Clinician is also available to provide Intake, assessment as well as offer therapeutic and support services.
