Easterseals is seeking a full-time, licensed PT, OT, or SLP to provide oversight of daily operations for our pediatric therapy services. Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children with disabilities
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in PT, OT, Speech/Language Pathology,
• At least 6 years’ experience providing therapy
• At least 3 years’ of supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to be able to lead a team and communicate effectively with families
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting
• Experience leading a team
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality programming that adheres to Federal regulations for pediatric therapy services
• Supervise and support a team of therapists with strong leaderships skills and creative problem solving to meet the mission of serving children with disabilities
• In this role, the supervisor will provide therapy services to a limited number of children.
• Management of insurance and referral processes
• Implementation of strategic planning to reach goals
