Easterseals UCP is a non-profit services provider in North Carolina and Virginia. We are actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our Wilmington team in the role of Regional BCBA Supervisor.

As a member of the Supervising Team, you will collaborate with the State ABA and Autism Director to achieve our goals through a mission-driven and values-centered strategy. In this role, you will also manage the clinical operations and lead the clinical team in your region to ensure individualized client programs are meaningful, effective, and neurodiverse affirming.

$75,000 plus dependent on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BCBA
• Licensed in NC preferred
