Easterseals UCP, is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Regional Manager to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary One Community team in the Southern Region of the Trillium service area designed to increase access to care, health literacy, health awareness, and education.

What You’ll Do

The Regional Manager oversees all staff and events under the Southern Trillium counties on the East coast of North Carolina. The Regional Manager leads initiatives, drives goals, and reviews results to continuously improve our outreach efforts. This position is also responsible for administrative duties for the Southern Region such as payroll and reports. The Regional Manager may work evenings, weekends, and holidays; flexibility is required. This is a community-based position; candidates must reside within one of the following Trillium counties: Jones, Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick, Bladen and Columbus

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the Regional Manager you must have great leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and have great attention to detail. We also require the following:

• Bachelor’s degree - Human Services and related fields preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Proficient in using platforms like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheets
• Maintain valid NC driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work.
