Job Description
Easton & Easton, LLP, is looking for a motivated and hardworking Associate Attorney with 5 to 10 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience. The attorney will be handling approximately 100 to 125 cases that are in the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience, with great communication skills and a strong work ethic. While we do value hard work, our office is committed to encouraging a strong work-life balance and supports professional advancement and development if it is desired.
The compensation package includes:
- Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000
- “ Earned Bonus ” – A set bonus structure that guarantees a percentage of the attorney fees that the attorney generates in a year. The percentages shall be disclosed at the time of the interview. The bonus structure is competitive with market rates.
- “ Discretionary Bonus ” – Separate and apart from the “Earned Bonus.” This is a bonus based on the firm’s performance in a given year and is completely independent of the “Earned Bonus” structure.
