About the Business Development Representative Job:

Luminize Marketing is looking for a Business Development Representative to contribute their efforts to our core business offering; empowering Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. As a Business Development Representative at Luminize, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients through effective outreach strategies. You will be responsible for crafting and executing targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your expertise in creating custom emails and bulk email campaigns, utilizing software such as Mailchimp or Outreach.io, will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Develops and executes targeted outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and social media to engage with potential clients.
  • Crafts personalized, compelling emails and messages to initiate conversations and generate interest in Luminize’s services.
  • Creates and manages bulk email campaigns using email marketing software such as Mailchimp or Outreach.io.
  • Tracks and analyzes outreach performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stays informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate Luminize’s value proposition to potential clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within a marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated success in email and LinkedIn outreach, with a strong ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Experience with social media outreach is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Outreach.io, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon marketplace and digital marketing is preferred.
