We are currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Inspectors to join our clients quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all wire and cable harness assemblies meet their rigorous quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the aerospace industry, be able to train on first shift, and be a to meet ITAR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of wire and cable harness assemblies to ensure compliance with all specifications and quality requirements.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to measure and test cable harness features.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to understand the inspection criteria.
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or non-conformances found during inspection.
• Work closely with the production team to provide feedback and support on quality issues.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, quality management system standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in wire and cable harness assembly.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to train on first shift.
• Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
