Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pick items for orders, Scan, Pack, and ship via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, USPS and LTL for domestic and international customers.
• Assist to load/unload LTL shipments.
• Pack and process interdepartmental shipping requests
• Efficiently assist other departments with questions pertaining tracking, packaging, shipping, and customer returns.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork to ensure product is ready to ship in a timely manner and meeting customer requirements.
• Resolve quickly shipping issues with carriers and customs for international shipments
• Effective written and oral communication with vendors, customers, and staff across the company.
• Maintaining excellent records for shipping tracking and orderly filing all documentation.
• Ensuring that proper products are shipped with the correct order.
• Assisting in maintaining an organized physical inventory at all times.
• Participating in the preparation and execution of physical inventories for finished goods and RMA.
• Following all safety guidelines and ensuring assigned area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Experience with UPS Wordship, FedEx, On-Trac, DHL, and USPS to accurately process domestic and international shipments.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating standup reach-trucks and sit-down forklifts.
• Average PC skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Committed to managing problems through resolution and an “I can do it” attitude.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and occasional overtime as needed.
• Detail oriented, but able to work in a fast-paced environment as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. following proper safety lifting techniques.
• Excellent understanding of required paperwork for international shipments
• Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours periods.
• Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently without supervision. 
• SAP and WMS experience is a plus
• Bilingual English – Spanish, English – Chinese is a plus.
