**Location:** Carlsbad, CA * Perform other duties as assigned

* Work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends when needed.

* Promote and enforce to achieve zero recordable injuries in the warehouse.

* Achieve the yearly assigned objective for accuracy.

* Pick BPRs for blending as needed

* Operate Baler to condense boxes as requested

* High School Diploma or GED Preferred

* Shipping and Receiving experience a plus

* Clear communication skills written and verbal.

* Standup Reach and Sit Down forklift experience required.

* Must be detail orientated and able to read lot numbers.

* Ability to follow direction and work with S.O.P.s.

* Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel with the utmost professionalism.

* Ability to work with amino acids, vitamins and fine chemicals in powder and liquid form.

* Ability to work with allergen products.

* Must be able to work in team environment and possess team-based problem-solving skills.

* Must be results-focused and oriented toward accomplishment of team goals

* Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends when needed.

* Ability to stay positive and calm in difficult and/or trying circumstances.

* Ability to work in fast paced deadline orientated environment

* Experience and ability to be certified to operate a forklift and a motorized pallet jack.

* Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities.

* Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times.

* Proficiency in spoken and written English

* Strong SAP and MRP systems knowledge

* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

* DOT shipper Hazmat Certification

* Bracing and blocking using wood
