Job Description/Duties: 

• Provide admin support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist in scheduling interviews.
• Provide support doing onboarding.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Scheduling conference rooms for orientation.
• Helping new employees with any questions.
• Scanning documents.
• Arranging training scheduling.
• Booking stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Strong scheduling experience/background
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsible and Reliable
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is highly preferred.
• Technical savvy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
