We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Licensed Therapist Supervisor with robust leadership abilities and an in-depth understanding of clinical practice and business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient counseling services at ECC's office or via the SimplePractice telehealth platform.
• Supervise associate clinicians and therapy interns, maintaining a caseload of 28-30 clients per week.
• Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions, fostering professional development and peer learning.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical work, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the ECC clinical supervisor and team members to address clinical concerns.
• Stay updated with best practices in clinical supervision through continuous education and training.

Required Qualifications:

• Active license in Washington State: LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Washington State Approved Supervisor and/or AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related behavioral health field.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in DSM-V or ICD-11 for diagnosis formulation.
• Non-discriminatory approach, providing care to all clients regardless of gender identity, age, ethnicity, or other demographic factors.
• Experience with ethical and confidential telehealth therapy using HIPAA-compliant platforms.
• EMDR certification preferred but not required.

Additional Skills:

• Conduct strength-based assessments and provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education.
• Foster a growth-oriented supervisory relationship with interns/associates.
• Attend monthly administrative staff meetings.
