We are looking for a Driver to drive patients to appointments and other outings.

Schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am-4:30PM

Qualification:

• Clean driving record in the state of WI
• Wisconsin driver's license in good standings
• Preferred experence driving a larger vehicle
• CPR Certification preferred but not required to obtain job, we can provide the training
