Basic Function:
· In-House Residential draftsman will work on master and lot-specific plans for new home construction.
· Drawings to include foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, and electrical layouts.
· Full-Time position
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience
· Be proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture
· Candidate must be familiar with current Virginia Building Code, IRC codes and strong working knowledge of wood frame construction.
· Project Navigator is a plus
