Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
- Train Advisors to greet everycustomer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level ofrespect.
- Train Advisors to presentthe best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that iseasy for them to understand.
- Manage the store’sworkflow in an effective and efficient manner.
- Train Advisors to possessthe ability to consistently and effectively sell our services withoutjeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Always maintain a positiveattitude and team atmosphere.
- Use the phone in aprofessional manner, always with the intention of creating a long-termrelationship between the store, yourself, and the customer.
- Supervise and directemployees.
- Prepare business goals foreach month as well as each year.
- To act in a professionalmanner that reflects the quality organization you represent. Always project anattitude of honesty and integrity.
- Direct, coordinate, andparticipate in performing customer service activities as dictated by workload.
- Ensure that all work isperformed to proper specifications.
- Assist other employees asneeded.
Requirements
- Five years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Graduation from anindustry recognized service training program also preferred but not required.
- Experience with R.O. Writer is preferred, but not required.
Certificates, Licensesand Registration Preferences:
- Current driver’s license
- Proof of minimum staterequired insurance on personal vehicle
- Driving record acceptableto our current insurance carrier
