Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Med Surg Telemetry RN to fill an opening with a Hospital in Norman, OK.

Daily Responsibilities for the Med Surg Telemetry RN:

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and accurately analyzing assessment data to inform and guide clinical decision-making and care planning
• Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• 3x12 7pm-7am

Required Qualifications for the Med Surg Telemetry RN:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
• Associates Degree in Nursing Required
• BLS
