Description

Inside Sales Associate - Drive Growth in Food Service

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team and help drive growth in our rapidly expanding food service channel. At JUST Egg, we believe our plant-based products should be accessible everywhere, from local diners to large coffee shop chains. You will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. Role Overview

As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with both marketing and sales colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our CRM database of sales targets and executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel. A key focus will be crafting and sending effective outbound sales emails to key prospects while continuously monitoring performance and refining your approach.

This role requires a versatile skill set, as you will tackle a wide range of tasks, from creative to analytical. A typical day might involve launching an email marketing campaign, performing data entry, engaging with high-potential leads, and project managing a trade show. This is an opportunity to learn and grow rapidly within one of the most innovative plant-based food companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

* Monitor outbound sales performance and develop innovative campaigns to drive improvement

* Identify and understand customer needs and requirements

* Qualify and route promising opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

* Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest

* Maintain and expand the CRM database of prospects

* Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

* Foster meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty

* Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process

* Demonstrate and educate customers about our products and services

* Continuously improve sales skills to increase success rates

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required

* Alignment with our mission and values

* Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot

* Eagerness to learn and grow

* Curiosity and creativity to drive performance improvement

* Strong attention to detail

* Collaborative mindset and positive attitude

* Excellent phone presence and willingness to make calls

Additional Information

* Salary range: $55,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on location (remote)

* In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire

* Eat Just, Inc. participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization
