- EAT authentic Italian food at our restaurants, cafés and to-go counters
- SHOP a selection of high-quality Italian, local and homemade products
- LEARN through our classes and our team’s product knowledge
Reports to the Events Sales Managers and General Manager of Restaurants.
- Responds courteously to guest inquiries regarding availability, usage of products, the range of services, restaurant offerings, classes at Eataly’s Chef’s Table, recipe help, and location of products throughout the market
- Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all public and private event requests
- Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
- Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events and La Scuola cooking classes
- Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- 1 year in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality or retail experience
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces
