Eaton is currently seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager at our Waukesha, WI Badger Drive site. This role offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/2 days remote. Relocation assistance is available!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075 - $176,110 a year.

What you’ll do:
As a Strategic Pricing Manager, you will be a critical member across divisional teams and will identify and provide strategic pricing and marketing solutions for all products within the Power Reliability, Power Delivery and Regulation Divisions. Along with a team of three analysts, you'll analyze and translate market data and trends into actionable insights that are used across the organization.
- Work with leaders across the business to identify customers’ needs, target segments and sub-segments, and strategic direction to incorporate these insights into the pricing story.
- Discover opportunities to improve the business’s price realization performance and then build consensus among Product Marketing teams on implementation of these strategies.
- Develop market segmentation approaches to deliver increased sales and margin performance.
- Present value propositions and model business-cases for various price actions scenarios.
- Provide guidance and participate in customer needs assessment research and analysis.
- Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the electrical industry, including demand trends, product usage, etc.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in product management, sales, or pricing management (or a combination).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in pricing management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or engineering is preferred.
- At least three years of experience working in the electrical industry.
- Previous experience managing people
- Experience with SAP, IBM SPSS Modeler, PowerBI, and Qlikview.

- Ability to travel up to 10%.
