Job Description: The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management processes.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize efficiency.
• Generate reports on inventory performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Rate: $17-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
