*Part-Time Personal Social Coordinator for CEO*

## Job Description:
We are in search of a versatile and dynamic Personal Social Coordinator dedicated to managing and enhancing the CEO's social calendar. The CEO, a prominent figure owning a publishing company, an event business, and involved in real estate private equity, requires a professional to organize, manage, and expand their personal and professional social engagements. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a blend of meticulous organization, event management, digital savviness, interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
## Responsibilities:
- *CEO's Social Calendar Management:* Take full responsibility for curating and maintaining the CEO's comprehensive social calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling, coordination of professional, personal, and social events.
- *Event Planning and Execution:* Lead the planning and execution of events specifically designed to enhance the CEO's social and professional network. This includes intimate gatherings, large-scale functions, and corporate events, along with finding and hiring event staff as needed.
- *Public Relations and Digital Proficiency:* Manage PR tasks and social media interactions to enhance the CEO's public image, leveraging online platforms to promote events, engage with key audiences, and bolster the CEO's online presence.
- *Versatile Task Management:* Efficiently perform a broad range of tasks, from simple errands to complex project management, all aimed at supporting the CEO's dynamic lifestyle and business commitments.
- *Strict Confidentiality:* Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, with a mandatory in-depth confidentiality agreement to be signed upon hiring.
## Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, PR, digital marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on managing high-profile individuals' social calendars.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and digital communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to frequently travel between Orange County and Los Angeles County.
- A proven track record of excelling in social media and online communication platforms.
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
## Compensation:
- TBD based on experience
- Approximately 15 hours of work per week, with the flexibility to work from anywhere, though presence in Orange County and Los Angeles County is required as needed.
