• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Riley Crossing Senior Living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful and active Assisted Living/Memory Care in Chanhassen, MN. The team includes a Director of Health Services Nurse and Resident assistants trained to pass medications, as well as activities, culinary, housekeeping staff.

This nursing schedule includes;

• 24 hours per pay period; Day shift 
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
