The Lead Instructor/Facilitator provides leadership and training expertise to the project and will support it in the following ways:

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilitating grantee workshops, webinars, oversight events, and other Program Oversight-related meetings.
• Leading compliance training sessions (including workshops) for single or multiple FTA recipients.

Qualifications, Education, and Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or relevant discipline required.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional facilitation experience.
• Demonstrated significant and successful facilitation experience on complex programs with audiences of varying sizes and varying levels of subject matter knowledge.
• Demonstrated significant and successful ability to quickly grasp and explain complex legal regulations and policy positions.
• Demonstrated significant experience and success communicating orally with senior executives about complex and challenging public transit management, operations, and technical issues.
• Demonstrated strong training skills and experience.
