We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support a task order for a federal government client.


Role, Responsibilities, and Compentencies:

  • Maintain and enhance an existing Salesforce-based system, provide system maintenance and operational support to the grant application processes (pre-award cycles), and support the grants management and reporting systems (post-award cycles).
  • Provide ongoing support, adaptive maintenance, consolidation, and integration of new requirements, system requirement analysis, configuration management, user support, technical and user training, and shall develop/maintain up-to-date system documentation.


Qualifications, Education, and Skills Requirements

  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience developing and maintaining a Federal Grant Management application within, and native to, the Salesforce platform, using Sales Cloud, and hosted in the FedRAMP environment (e.g., Salesforce Government Cloud).
  • Five years of subcontracting experience as the primary Salesforce developer using Sales Cloud may be considered if it directly supported a US Federal Government Salesforce-based Grants management system.


Additional Desires and Considerations

  • Eight years of Salesforce experience in federal environment.
  • Experience in grant management.
  • Previous experience with Federal Healthcare Agency desired.
  • Military or veteran hiring preference.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

Hybrid/Remote work schedule with occasional travel (quarterly to client headquarters).
