We’re searching for a Technical Writer to join our team and help take our organization to new heights. Our ideal candidate would possess a flair for writing and exposure to software development, computer science, and/or software engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Create external and internal facing technical documentation to support our integrations.
  • Adherence to our style guides and content specifications.
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Work with internal departments to identify all documentation needs and continuously revise, edit, and update all existing documentation.
  • Research, create, and maintain informational content in multiple media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field preferred but not required
  • 3 years of previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including ability to consult with subject matter experts from software developers, support, QA, and product management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
