- Guidance and Development of Finance Team: Lead and cultivate the finance team members, fostering an environment of peak performance and ongoing professional growth.
- Financial Systems Utilization: Employ Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains for fiscal procedures and reporting. Proficiency in Concur for managing travel and expenses is advantageous. Acquaintance with financial governance systems and monetary institutions is desirable.
- Regulatory Adherence: Guarantee adherence to fiscal laws and benchmarks. Engage with independent audit entities and regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Supportive Financial Strategy: Aid executive leadership in formulating strategic financial plans and making informed decisions through comprehensive fiscal analysis and insights.
- Enhancement of Financial Procedures: Propel initiatives aimed at the perpetual enhancement of financial procedures and infrastructures to elevate efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Postgraduate qualifications and/or CPA accreditation are advantageous.
- At least seven years of pertinent background in finance and accounting roles, including proven experience in a supervisory capacity. Prior involvement in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Concur preferred
