Due to our ongoing interest in deploying ESG investment capital in solar and battery assets we are seeking to hire a Marketing Associate to increase our brand awareness within the clean energy sector. Our ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, thrive in ambiguity and have a high level of social intelligence, as much of our business involves interfacing with high level business professionals, financiers, gov’t entities and landowners.

The Marketing Associate is a multi-faceted marketing professional who supports promoting the ECA brand in the marketplace. This person is responsible for helping produce and develop marketing campaigns (including, video, graphics, press releases and promotional written materials. This individual works internally as a team player with executives to write, generate, format, and produce a variety of different printed and electronic marketing materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish measurable goals and strategic objectives as they relate to marketing and brand awareness.
• Create and disseminate marketing materials, including but not limited to videos and photos with executive team, landowners and communities to be featured on sponsored Linkedin campaigns and other online platforms.
• Manage industry events and project site ribbon cuttings.
• Enhancing / re-launching the website; including obtaining testimonials from landowners, customers and finance partners.
• Control the press releases and wire releases; including proof and editing of such materials.
• Occasional travel, likely every several months.

Position Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Marketing, or related field is required.

· 3 years of experience in a similar role at an Energy Firm, Clean-Tech, A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) is preferred.

· Proficiency in coordinating, writing, editing, and finalizing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision is essential. We are not micro managers.

· Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage tight deadlines and produce high-quality marketing materials are required.

· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required.

· Familiarity with graphical applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator strongly preferred.

· Proven Experience using video editing software.

· Demonstrated experience in organizing marketing campaigns for local offices is a plus.

· Proven ability to engage with clients and public officials diplomatically and tactfully is required.
