We are a dynamic and fast-growing Airbnb property management company dedicated to providing top-notch experiences for our guests. We manage a variety of properties across the region and are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle various maintenance and repair tasks for our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be able to respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure our properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by guests or found during inspections.
• Ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed promptly and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to find and address potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with property management and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a record of completed tasks and report on maintenance activities.
• Send an itemized list of receipts to the owner through emails
• Working phone and working vehicle
• Must know up-to-date technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to respond to maintenance requests on short notice.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
