Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO - EchelonFit

Location: Stuart, Florida

EchelonFit, a leading global fitness company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and facilitating effective communication and coordination within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of company events and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
