Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing quality patient care.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as home care, memory care, and family planning clinics.
- Utilize electronic health record systems like Athenahealth and Cerner to document patient information accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for patients with diverse needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions, assess changes, and intervene in emergency situations promptly.
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and provide support tailored to their unique requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding and trauma medicine to ensure accurate documentation and treatment.
- Proficiency in neonatal ventilator management for specialized patient care.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is a plus.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
