Background

ECHO is seeking a Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility by performing routine maintenance and repair of the facility, inside and out, while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Job Duties

• Perform minor facility maintenance and repairs.
• Order, stock, and maintain a budget for all facility consumables (not including fleet).
• Management of office services; procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Oversee the coordination of office space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
• Oversees the deployment and maintenance of office furniture.
• Liaison with snow removal contractor to ensure property is accessible and cleared of snow and ice.
• Manage the facilities budget and expenditures.
• Respond to off-hours emergency calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Possible additional landscaping duties:

• Manage contract deliverables based on Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure project is completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Liaison between ECHO and customer based on SOW.
• Manage sub-contractor(s).
• Act as a back-up Employment Support Specialist, as needed, to support contract deliverables.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Facility maintenance experience.
• Ground maintenance experience preferred
