Echota Support Services LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Tulsa, OK
Salary: Based on Experience Onsite office is located in Tulsa, OK. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office. Their duties include communicating, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity. JOB DUTIES:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office
is operating smoothly.
Generate customer invoices, process vendor invoices, and invoice files out to
clients.
Prepare reports, analyze cost reports, and monitor and report client KPIs
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
Producing and distributing correspondence, such as letters, memos, faxes, and
forms
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design
and implement new administrative systems.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group
meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing
them to relevant staff.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and
electronics as required.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Must be a self-starter and driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and a clear background check.
