Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate a professional, respectful, student-centered learning environment for personalized instruction. We provide instructors with curriculum, assessment tools, and other electronic resources; we need you to do the magic!Classroom management and interpersonal skills are essential to build the student-instructor relationships needed for student success.Strong verbal and written skills are required for professional-level reporting, whether daily, through bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, etc. Instructors are role models and education advocates for our at-risk youth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in education or a related field required. At least one year experience in coaching, training, or teaching is preferred. Experience teaching GED test prep skills and educating at-risk youth also preferred.
