With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Collection Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure firm and client collections guidelines and deadlines are met
- Evaluate and collaborate with attorneys to implement collection strategy, report on and monitor delinquent accounts
- Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determine appropriate action in accordance with firm policy and legal requirements
- Research and respond to collections inquiries
- Perform data entry
- Provide reporting
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- Minimum two years of collections experience preferably in a law firm
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
