The Pittsburgh office of Eckert Seamans, a national, full-service AmLaw 200 firm, actively seeks an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation practice.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have at least five (5) to eight (8) years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in various federal and state litigation matters. Candidates must have experience in all facets of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial.
Candidates must have strong legal and research skills, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
