Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Technical Support Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the support provided to the firm’s litigation efforts through the use of technology
• Closely work with attorneys and vendor to implement and maintain litigation databases
• Manages vendor relationships for litigation products
• Provides training to end users on database use and document management
• Manages eDiscovery platforms, including usage, billing, data retention, data security, and access control
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in eDiscovery, Kroll, Nebula, and Relativity preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
