Job Description
- Preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses and fiduciaries
- Review of staff prepared federal and state income tax returns
- Preparation and review of clients' books and records
- Analyze financial statements
- Train junior accounting staff
- Special projects
- Interact with clients
- Must have CPA license and 5 - 7 years of experience working in a CPA firm
- Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- High-level analytical and reasoning skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in tax research
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Lacerte experience a plus
