Responsibilities:
- Review and filter a weekly fulfillment report including updating the coupon count.
- Insert coupons into envelopes.
- Package surprise and delight bags.
- Assemble retrieval packages, ensuring instructions and pre-paid envelopes are included.
- Send out Vet Bill Reimbursement Packets.
- Update check request tracker.
- Scan and assign incoming mail into C4C.
- Support marketing promotions by assembling surprise & delight bags and swag to pet parents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
