Description:

Major responsibilities:

• Review, update, and renew marketing materials and other collateral to keep them current and relevant and to meet compliance standards

• Utilize established internal processes to facilitate all material changes and updates. This requires the learning and understanding of these processes (Teir 3 and Teir 3B)

• Interact with a variety of stakeholders, including Marketing Leads, for direction and guidance on what actions are needed for all collateral material being updated, or renewed, and to provide feedback on any compliance or creative services questions that pertain to the material being updated

• Maintain detailed lists and records for all collateral material updated

• Review and update material posted on the internet site (Info Central) for accuracy and relevancy

• Assist in making updates or changes to pages and/or sections on Info Central. This requires collaborative interaction with both Marketing Leads and communications leaders who manage the Info Central platform

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Professional demeanor to effectively engage with marketing and business leaders.

• Speed in execution to meet tight timelines without sacrificing quality.

• Experience excelling within a fast paced, high-energy environment.

• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and have great organizational skills.

• Must be comfortable working on projects autonomously.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
