We are working with a large group looking for a Administrative Assistant - on-site - Bronx NY.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the department. Working under the supervision of the Sr. Manager, this position will support the ongoing initiatives to meet the growing needs of the business.
Responsibilities include scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, conferences and department activities for the department. Assist with securing conference rooms for meetings and interviews as well as maintaining the conference room. Also maintaining electronic filing system, department correspondents, and distribute information.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Must have 3 years of Administrative Experience
MUST be open to on-site work.
