Job Title : Medical Assistant/Admin

Location : Long Beach Research Institute

Status : Non-exempt (hourly)

Compensation : $17 - 19

Position Summary : We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing team at Elite Clinical Network. This position will be responsible for conducting patient visits, carefully documenting medical history, vital signs, Patient-Reported Outcomes, and other essential tasks for smooth clinical trial procedure. Ideal candidates will have experience in clinical environments with a current Medical Assistant certification.

Essential Duties:

• Collect patient demographics, medical history, and concomitant medications
• Obtain Informed Consent from trial participants
• Collect vital signs
• Perform ECGs
• Administer Patient-Reported Outcome assessments
• Prepare and administer study medication
• Enter data and maintain documents

Qualifications :

• Current Medical Assistant certification
• Previous experience as a clinical technician or in other related fields
• Willing to draw blood, work in lab, and handle administrative tasks in the front office
