Eco Water of Central California is Hiring a HIRING ASAP!! Water Systems Service Technician Near Fresno, CA

Job DescriptionService TechnicianReports to: Service Department ManagerClassification: Hourly Full-TimePay: $17 per hour / Plus CommissionPotential Earnings $50,000 to $70,000.Position SummaryEco Water of Central California is looking for a Full-time Service Technician. The main responsibilities are driving routes across our service territory to change out filters for our clients and upsell repairs as needed to bring systems back to operational order. This job is hourly paid plus commission; candidates must have the desire to earn unlimited commission.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Service Reverse Osmosis Filters in our customer’s homes and businesses
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Upsell depleted and worn filters, parts for repairs to existing customers
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of company vehicle & tools
  • Clean work van after each route
  • Take inventory of tools
  • BE PERPARED TO DRIVE FOR LONG HOURS
Other marginal duties which may be required from time to time but are not essential to the position are as follows:
  • Assist with delivering packages throughout territory

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of California Driver’s License and CLEAN driving record.
  • Background Screening.
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)
  • System maintenance experience (Preferred but NOT REQUIRED)
  • One-Year Sales Experience (REQUIRED)
  • Technical Skills/Proficiencies: Critical thinking skills, strong problem solving skills
  • Other Traits: Attention to detail, great communication skills, passionate and results driven.
Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentThe physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Drive for long distances in a company van. Work for 8 – 14 hours in a day. The employee will work in residential homes 90% of the time and commercial buildings 10% of the time when not driving.
