Introduction: A leading AJ100 architecture practice based in central London are looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join the team. They Are Offering: Hybrid working policy (minimum 2 days per week in the office) Comprehensive benefits packageDuties: Provide technical support to architectural project teams in using BIM tools and workflows, especially Autodesk Revit. Liaise with the Senior BIM Coordinator and Technical Director to provide feedback on training, workflows, or content needs. Assist in the production of a BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Establish the project team's Responsibility Matrix (MPDT). Populate a Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP). Produce a BIM modelling standard and ensure compliance with project standards.Requirements: Architectural background with strong written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of ISO19650 and client information needs. Strong experience in maintaining and delivering project BIM models. Advanced understanding of volume strategies, clash avoidance strategies, issue management, and MEP & Structural coordination management. Background in handling medium to large-scale complex projects within an architectural office. Advanced knowledge of BIM and Revit, with beneficial experience in Dynamo, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM360, ReCap Pro, Bentley MicroStation, AECOsim, Revizto, BIMCollab, BIM Track, Rhino, Enscape, NBS Chorus, and coding
