- A practical Engineer with strong problem solving abilities
- Automation is not mandatory (PLC Programming etc) because they have a dedicated Automation Team
- Basic understanding of Safety Programs/Principles (OSHA/LOTO)
- Some matching titles can be - Process Equipment Engineer, Process Engineer (not Facilities Engineer/Building Engineer)
- Min 2-3 years of strong Mechanical Troubleshooting experience of Equipment/Instruments should be fine
- Industry background: Drug Substance/ Pharma / Chemical/ Oil Refinery / Mechanical
- No DOE (Design of Experiments
