Looking for an Administrative Assistant for a construction company
Preferred experience:
Quickbooks, Excel, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Service Calls, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Construction Company to join our team!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions such as AR, AP and customer service for the solar company to drive company success. In addition, you are responsible for taking care of the property and coordinating property related issues with vendors.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and trade show events
Manage documents and organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks, scan materials and upload to file server
Must be proficient with Excel and Word
Perform general office duties, such as filing and answering telephones.
Generate monthly billing for rent or maintenance expenses to tenants.
•Collect funds from tenants and handle deposits and accounts receivable schedule.
•Contact tenants concerning past due balances
*Contact vendors for property management repair issues and such
Reconcile monthly records for bank and credit card transactions.
Manage tenant maintenance issues.
*plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance.
•Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.
Main receptionist and customer point of contact.
