REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic and proven reliability
• Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
• Safe and cost-effective use of cleaning products to achieve desired result
• Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
• Prior experience as a housekeeper, custodian, janitor, and enjoy a dynamic, team environment
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
