We are expanding our Delphos, OH team and looking for dedicated individuals to join us as 1st Shift Machine Operators (internally called Buffings, Systems Operators). If you have a passion for teamwork, safety, and quality, this is the opportunity for you! 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (overtime as needed)Pay Rate: $20/hour Core Contributions:Safety & Team Coordination:Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team membersEmpowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observedStart each shift with a team huddle and stretchesMachine Operations:Set up machines at the beginning of each shiftWork with materials and machines, following standard proceduresTake manual measurements to ensure high qualityTraining & Cross-Training:Participate in regular training sessionsCross-train others to enhance team capabilitiesEssential Experiences:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of relevant experienceMust be able to lift 50-60 lbs. and push/pull 25-50 lbs. regularly, over 100 minimallyForklift and skid steer experience preferredFlexibility to work overtime as needed
