Marketing Specialist

General objective of the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our initial team in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and event management. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing a wide range of different marketing activities to help drive sales in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in North America.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the North American market.
• Enhance Ecorobotix’s brand presence and reputation in the North American market.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Work closely with dealer network to update printed marketing materials, brochures, flyers, etc. Align with overall branding strategy.
• Manage various marketing channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Collaborate with design and product teams.
• Create engaging visuals and multimedia content.
• Help produce high-quality written content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media updates specific to the North American audience in collaboration with the Swiss team.
• Generate and lead photo and video shoots to capture the North American market and gather testimonials.
• Work closely with the North American sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Regularly report to the Swiss headquarters to share insights, strategies, and ensure alignment of global marketing initiatives.
• Organization and collaboration with Swiss team for North American tradeshows, events, and fairs.
• Budget and cost management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or agriculture sector.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEO tools, social media management tools).
• Efficiency with Adobe Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or French language skills are a plus.
• Journalistic background is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Willingness to travel within the US.
• SUAS Pilot is a plus.
