We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our team. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a team of inside sales representatives, reporting, data, and achieving sales targets. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and expanding our customer base, as well as contributing to the overall growth of the company.

The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the sales team and ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively in a competitive market. You will be accountable to direct and support your team in providing outstanding communication and service while assisting in resolving issues that may arise. The Inside Sales Manager will be a leader in the organization and help support the organization across all sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to team members.

Monitor teams' performance through KPI's and metrics. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Assist in projecting annual sales goals and budget figures.

Work closely with the Director of Sales to communicate all necessary market trends and have ability to pivot direction to team as needed.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the inside sales team. Provide ongoing feedback to help team members improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Execute COMPANY communication plan at agreed upon levels.

Follow through with accurate paperwork as required per our standard operating procedures.

Assure that field staff have all the necessary information on all sales from the team in order to effectively produce the work, satisfy the customer, and meet goals.

Conduct reviews with direct reports.

Continuously evaluate and improve the inside sales process for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows.

Fill in for team members during scheduled vacations or other absences.

Maintain COMPANY positive brand image in the industry through professional communication and interaction with clients, vendors, and fellow employees, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

CRM experience

Proficiency in Google Suite

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

The ability to identify problems and work in conjunction with others to implement effective solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2-5 years with previous sales and management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
